Serves: 9 brownies
Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
 - ¾ cup Butter, melted
 - 2 tbsp Milk
 - 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
 - 1 cup Brown Sugar
 - ¾ cup Plain Flour
 - ½ cup Cocoa Powder
 - ¼ tsp Salt
 - 1 cup Frozen Raspberries
 
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C and prepare a brownie tin.
 - In a bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter, milk, and vanilla until combined.
 - In a separate large bowl, combine brown sugar, plain flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
 - Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
 - Gently fold the frozen raspberries into the mixture.
 - Pour the mixture into the brownie tin and use a spatula to spread it evenly to the corners.
 - Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the top has set.
